Every promise, on one board

Work falls through cracks because a promise lives in someone's inbox, someone's memory, someone's chat thread. The Operations Board ends that: every commitment your business makes — to a client, a supplier, your own team — becomes a record the moment it's promised, and it doesn't close until the evidence says it happened.

Status — In build: founding client boards forming.

01How it works

One record set, every view

01A record at promise timeThe commitment is written down when it's made — what, who, by when — with its chase points set at the same moment. Silence is never a status; a record moves only when evidence moves it.
02States you can auditPromised → in progress → evidence filed → verified → closed, with overdue, blocked, and waiting states named honestly. You see the exceptions — the board's job is to show you what needs you, not everything.
03Every location, rolled upOne location or forty: the same record set rolls up, so an owner sees the whole business and a manager sees their floor — without a second system for either.
04Recipes in plain languageRecurring work runs as bounded recipes written the way you'd say them — "when a consultation is booked, send the intake form and confirm the day before" — no flowcharts, no free-form columns to maintain.
05Your agents work the same boardThe board is a view over one ledger, and your agent reads the same records you do. What it promises lands here; what it delivers is verified here. Nothing runs on a side channel.

02Honest limits

The Board is a view, never a second store: one ledger underneath, kept true by evidence — not by somebody remembering to update a spreadsheet.

The Board is in build with founding clients. Client-safe fields and internal fields are separate from day one — your customers never see your operations, and your team never sees what it shouldn't.
