How a client listing gets to live

The wire-up flow, per business — partner-assisted, owner-confirmed.

  1. Partner drafts the record — name, services, area, booking system.
  2. Owner confirmation — issued through a channel the partner does not control. Unconfirmed records never list.
  3. Connector activation — the owner activates booking and payment connectors through the secure flow. Partners assist; they never touch credentials.
  4. Independent grading — the Directory Operator grades the record. A partner never grades their own clients.
  5. Live — the listing publishes with its access contract.
