The service

TaskLinkr is a directory of business records built for people and AI agents. Records carry provenance and verification status: information may come from public sources, from the business itself, or from systems the business connected. Live availability and offers are read from the business's own systems where connected and are otherwise shown as reported, with their source.

02Claiming and connecting a business

Claiming and connecting a business

Only a business's owner or authorized representative may claim, correct, or connect its record. Claiming is free. By claiming, you confirm your authority and the accuracy of what you submit, and you grant TaskLinkr a non-exclusive license to display the confirmed information in the directory and through its agent interfaces. Connecting a system authorizes TaskLinkr to read the data within the scopes shown at authorization, until you disconnect.

03Paid tiers

Paid tiers

Paid tiers are billed through Square under the terms shown at purchase. Directory position and grades are never sold: payment buys services and features, never ranking.

04Agent and API access

Agent and API access

AI agents and developers may query TaskLinkr through its published interfaces (including its MCP server and llms.txt) for the purpose of finding, citing, and booking businesses for their users. You must not misrepresent TaskLinkr data, strip provenance or verification labels, exceed reasonable rate limits, or use the interfaces to violate the rights of others.

Do not submit false information, claim a business you do not represent, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or use TaskLinkr to break the law.

06Disclaimers and liability

Disclaimers and liability

Records are provided as verified according to their stated provenance; we do not warrant that any record is complete or that a business will honor any particular availability or offer, which remain the business's responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskLinkr is provided "as is," and our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if none.

Governing law; changes

These terms are governed by Ohio law. We may update them; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
